“We were exceedingly impressed by this unique, rustic, and comfortable cabin. The hosts made sure all of our basic needs were more than met. The hillside setting is gorgeous, and it's proximity to central Estes Park was convenient (5 minutes) while still being just far enough for some seclusion. The interior layout was unique, given the cabin's original design, with all other rooms off the great 'great room', and worked well for us five. We definitely could've comfortably fit a couple more, and there main room is incredibly spacious beautifully decorated with many different seating areas. Finally, given my party's background as musicians, the knowledge of the original purpose as a music hall (and meeting space) made it really special for us. And yes, the original stage is still there (an elevated area at one end), and I used it!”

“Three moms and six daughters came from Kentucky, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas for an annual mother-daughter trip to Estes Park. The Brown Cabin is in a great location. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of both river and the mountains. Although it’s on a hill, it is easy to access. All but one of the bedrooms are on the main level, so we let the girls go up and down the steps. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for watching football or movies. We fixed all of our meals in the large kitchen. We have stayed in many different places and this is the first one that I think we all agreed that we might rent again.”
